01.Carbon Fiber Woven Fabric

We weave plain, twill, and satin weaves using raw materials such as 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K, and 24K. Equipped with over 30 advanced weaving machines, our company has a monthly production capacity of up to 300,000 square meters, enabling us to reliably fulfill large-volume orders and meet customized requirements.

02.Carbon fiber blended fabric

Our company is equipped with 30 state-of-the-art looms and has a monthly production capacity of 200,000 square meters of various blended fabrics. By blending carbon fiber with other high-performance fibers—such as glass fiber, aramid fiber, and colored yarns—we leverage their unique properties while enhancing the fabrics’ design flexibility and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that carbon fiber is no longer limited to a black finish.

03.Carbon Fiber Multi-axial Warp-Knitted Fabrics

As one of the few companies in China equipped with multi-directional weaving machines, our company offers significant advantages in carbon fiber multi-directional fabrics and boasts industry-leading weaving capabilities. With a monthly production capacity of up to 70,000 square meters, our fabrics are woven by layering carbon fiber yarns oriented in multiple directions (such as 0°, +45°, 90°, and -45°) and interlacing them. They exhibit extremely high strength and stiffness in multiple directions, offer excellent lay-up properties, and can effectively enhance the mechanical performance and design efficiency of composite parts.

04.Carbon fiber prepreg

Leveraging our ISO 9001 quality management system certification and multiple patented technologies, our company operates 15 advanced carbon fiber prepreg machines with a monthly production capacity of up to 3 million square meters. We manufacture unidirectional carbon fiber prepregs (24T, 30T, 36T, 40T), woven carbon fiber prepregs (1K, 3K, 6K, 12K), and various blended prepregs. Unidirectional fiber weight ranges from 30 g/m² to 600 g/m², with resin content uniformity controlled within 0.5%. Fiber weight and resin content can be customized according to customer requirements.

05.Carbon Fiber Spreader Fabric

Carbon fiber spread fabric is a lightweight material produced by flattening and thinning roving bundles through a specialized process; it is characterized by its thin profile, light weight, and large coverage area.

06.Carbon Fiber Sheet

Thanks to its outstanding performance characteristics and expanding production capacity, carbon fiber sheet has become a core product in the new materials sector. Our company is equipped with more than 10 advanced press machines, with a monthly production capacity of up to 50,000 sheets. These sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and dimensional stability, making them suitable for long-term use in demanding environments. With their high surface flatness and distinctive texture, they are ideal for both structural load-bearing applications and decorative purposes. Additionally, they offer excellent machinability and can be easily cut, drilled, and subjected to precision CNC machining.
